Shipping Policy

Bare Beauty Studio currently provides shipping within New Zealand only. Free shipping for all orders over $150 otherwise $10 flat rate shipping.

Standard delivery times:

  • North Island Delivery: 1 – 2 business days
  • South Island Delivery: 2 – 3 business days
  • Rural Delivery: Please allow an additional 1 – 3 business days
  • No Saturday delivery

Returns

Returns are only for wrong or faulty products received, no refunds will be made on sale or discounted items. Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving the goods. Items must be received in the condition it was sent out in. Proof of purchase may be asked.

Exchanges

If your item has been damaged and you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@barebeautystudio.co.nz . We can then work through the process of return and for a replacement to be sent out.

Refund

Once your returned order has been received, we will inspect and send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
