BBS presents: Ikebana & Inner Balance ✨

For our next workshop instalment we’re honoured to announce that we'll be hosting Ching-wen from ISHI Ikebana Studio, an Ikebana master with decades of experience in the Japanese art of flower arranging.

Ikebana (生け花) translates to “living flowers”. This practice is more than just placing stems in a vase, it’s a meditative practice that teaches harmony, mindfulness and finding beauty in simplicity. Through each arrangement, we learn patience, presence, and balance – lessons that extend far beyond the floral arrangements themselves. 🌸

At Bare Beauty Studio, we believe self-care is more than just surface level beauty. It’s the rituals and practices that bring us back to ourselves and Ikebana is an epitome of that.
